The website had strong service intent but weak machine readability. The baseline GEO audit found AI crawlers blocked, no llms.txt, no structured data, no FAQ/Article/Service schema, and weak extractable entity signals.
This is a real public self-case study based on our own website audit and re-audit. It is not a client case study and does not claim customer revenue, bookings, reviews, or savings.
The website had strong service intent but weak machine readability. The baseline GEO audit found AI crawlers blocked, no llms.txt, no structured data, no FAQ/Article/Service schema, and weak extractable entity signals.
The re-audit scored AICloudStrategist at 67/100, up from 37/100. Technical GEO and schema moved sharply because AI systems could now read, classify, and cite the site more reliably.
The audit still highlighted proof, homepage depth, and off-site brand authority. That is why the current roadmap adds honest proof pages, stronger homepage extraction text, populated profiles, real reviews only when earned, and third-party corroboration over time.
