Respond.io has a software login. AICS should not fake a portal yet; this page explains the planned customer workspace transparently.
Current phase
Client updates can be delivered via email, WhatsApp and shared reports after approval.
Next phase
Private client dashboard for leads, follow-ups, tasks, deliverables, invoices and approvals.
Guardrail
No login promise goes public until authentication, privacy, data retention and support workflow are ready.
