Buyer-risk clarity

Guarantee and delivery terms, written plainly.

AICS sells practical delivery, not vague promises. This page explains what the guarantee covers before you book a sprint or retainer.

Plain-English rule

If a deliverable is approved in writing, required inputs are provided, and AICS still cannot deliver it after a correction window, the written proposal defines the credit, refund, or replacement remedy.

Covered

  • Approved sprint deliverables listed in the proposal.
  • Agreed website, automation, trust, or reporting assets.
  • Delivery failures caused by AICS after access and inputs are received.

Not covered

  • Ad spend, domains, hosting, SaaS, WhatsApp, Meta, or payment fees.
  • Client delays, missing access, unapproved scope changes, or third-party outages.
  • Revenue, rankings, leads, or conversion results unless written as a specific proposal term.

Remedy path

  • Raise the issue with the proposal and deliverable name.
  • AICS gets a reasonable correction window to repair or complete it.
  • If unresolved, the written proposal controls the credit, refund, or replacement.
Why this matters

Clear promises make buying easier.

AICS uses this policy to keep pricing pages, proposals, and delivery expectations aligned. It protects customers from unclear scope and protects AICS from unsupported claims.
