First customer proof protocol

The blocker is not more claims. The blocker is honest evidence from first paid diagnostic/delivery work. This protocol defines how that proof will be collected without fake client logos or testimonials.

Before work starts

Record baseline: enquiries, missed calls, WhatsApp response time, cloud bill, manual hours or admission funnel.
State what is measured and what is not guaranteed.
Get permission before publishing any name, logo, screenshot or testimonial.

After delivery

Capture before/after screenshots or dashboard numbers.
Publish only approved, verified facts.
If client does not approve public naming, publish anonymised evidence with clear boundary.

Approval-only blocker

Customer outreach and paid ads still need owner approval before sending/spend. The proof system is ready; real proof requires a real customer interaction.
