Owner FAQ
1. What is the first sign of a missed-lead problem?
The clearest sign is not “low leads”; it is open enquiries with no named owner, no next action, no due time, no reason for delay and no safe way for the owner to inspect the queue.
2. Should we buy CRM first?
Not always. A CRM can help after the owner knows which sources leak, which staff handoffs fail and which follow-ups need evidence. Buying CRM before mapping the leak can move the same confusion into a new tool.
3. Should we spend more on ads?
Only after checking whether existing calls, forms, WhatsApp messages, DMs and referrals are being answered and followed up. More demand can waste money if owner follow-up is still invisible.
4. Where does WhatsApp automation fit?
WhatsApp automation is useful when the message flow, consent boundary, response ownership and exception handoff are clear. It should not hide stale enquiries, unresolved quotes or sensitive customer details from the owner.
5. Where does AICS fit?
AICS can run a no-credentials owner-evidence review: gather safe screenshots or redacted exports, map source-to-owner gaps, separate manual fixes from automation needs and create a decision list before CRM, chatbot, agency or ad spend commitments.
