Self-tested evidence · not a customer result
Production AI readiness sample dossier
A compact example of how reviewable change, deployment evidence and external outcomes are separated.
Self-tested · not customer evidence
Production release decision record
DecisionRelease with measured follow-up

Evidence chain
| Question | Evidence class | Release condition |
|---|---|---|
| Is the change reviewable? | Git branch, pull request and diff | Tests pass and current head is reviewed |
| Is the intended code deployed? | Merge SHA and Cloudflare deployment | Production source matches the reviewed commit |
| Does the canonical route work? | HTTP, browser and structured-data checks | Priority pages and conversion path pass |
| Did ranking improve? | Provider-specific benchmark over time | Report only after observed recrawl and ranking evidence |
Why this sample is useful
It demonstrates the boundary between an engineering release and a business outcome. A deployed sitemap can be verified immediately; a search rank cannot. The same evidence discipline applies when an AI system moves from pilot to production.
